Producer's dinner

Pepe Aromas

24 August | À TERRA Évora

Flavours with roots.

Some stories are born from the land and passed down from generation to generation.

For the next Producer's Dinner, À TERRA Évora welcomes Pepe Aromas, a family run Alentejo project with a deep connection to the land, organic farming and the flavours that define the region's landscape.
Inspired by the memories and teachings of Grandfather Pepe and Father Jacinto, the menu created for this evening takes a journey through the Alentejo, exploring some of its most distinctive ingredients. Prickly pear, acorn, cork oak woodland, olive groves and sheep's cheese are reinterpreted by the À TERRA kitchen across four courses, each accompanied by a carefully selected wine.

From the delicacy of amberjack with prickly pear to wild boar with acorn and onion, finishing with a Basque sheep's cheese cheesecake, each dish tells a part of this story.

Four courses. Four stories. One region.
