A return to origins with traditional flavors. We use local suppliers and products from the region, and our own “green corner”, which includes fruit trees, an olive grove and an organic vegetable garden with vegetables, fruits and herbs. In this way, we always have seasonal menus, based on healthy and sustainable food with unique characteristics.
