From the Garden to the Table
From July to September, every weekend brings a new flavour to Octant Évora. Each edition celebrates a seasonal ingredient from our kitchen garden, inspiring a special menu of creative dishes and a signature cocktail that brings together gastronomy, nature and the Alentejo landscape.
