On cold Alentejo nights, fire returns to the centre of the table.

Inspired by cocaria, the traditional way of cooking in clay pots over the fire, this dinner brings together slow cooking and the live flame of the OFYR.

From clay-pot dishes to meats, fish and vegetables prepared in front of you, along with flavours rooted in the region, we return to a way of cooking shaped by time, produce and sharing.
