On 25 June, À TERRA welcomes Casa Relvas for a Producer’s Dinner shaped by what matters most the ingredient, the land and time.
Rooted in the Alentejo, Casa Relvas brings two of its most distinctive elements wine and olive oil explored through a tasting menu that reveals their depth, character and versatility. Each dish is guided by this direct connection to origin. Each pairing extends the story in the glass. Through textures, contrasts and layered flavours, the experience moves beyond the plate and closer to the place it comes from.
With the producer present, the evening becomes more personal. It opens the door to what lies behind each decision, each harvest, each detail. A closer, more genuine understanding of what is being tasted.
