Producer's dinner

Reynolds Wine Growers

29 October | À TERRA Évora

A story to be savoured at the table.

Some stories are measured in generations. The Reynolds family's began almost two centuries ago and found in the Alto Alentejo the landscape where it continues to be written.

Since 1850, the Reynolds family has maintained a deep connection with the vineyards, wine and terroir of the Alentejo. Today, Julian Reynolds and Carlos Reynolds, the seventh generation, continue a legacy built around authenticity, quality and respect for the land.

On 29 October, this story comes to the table at À TERRA Évora for the next Producer's Dinner.

The experience begins at 7.00 PM with a workshop dedicated to the newly launched Reynolds extra virgin olive oil. Made exclusively from hand picked Galega olives grown through organic and regenerative agriculture, the olive oil will be introduced through a tasting accompanied by bread and a welcome drink. PT

At 8.00 PM, the experience continues at the table with a tasting menu created by Chef Natanael Silva. Pumpkin, mushrooms, chestnuts and rosemary. Cod, potato and Portuguese cabbage. Lamb, quince and grape must. Pear, goat's curd and honey.

Five courses paired with different expressions of Reynolds wines, taking guests on a journey through the Alto Alentejo, its cuisine, vineyards and olive groves.
